– Update the Contact List for each club with new captains, phone numbers and email addresses.

5. Targets and Score Sheets

– Hand out Score Sheets to each club.

– Distribute Bedsheets and Centre Patches to each club that ordered them.

6. Match Schedule

– A preliminary version of the schedule was sent out for review and some of the conflicts have been resolved.  Discuss the schedule and update it if required.

– Are there any more discussions about the fact thatOwen Soundnow wants all the home matches on Sundays?

7. Postal Matches

– Are we still shooting Postal Matches and who is shooting them this year (Gary Willis)

–  When are the postal Matches shot with respect to the schedule? Do we need to clarify this?

8. WOHL Rules

– Quick discussion on the WOHL Rules and any requirements to change them.

9. New Business.

– Are we going to shoot a qualification match this year before the season starts? Where and when or is each club going to shoot their own qualifying matches?

– Any other new business to discuss.

– Election of the WOHL Executives. Treasurer, Statistician and Convenor.
